The brick and mortar restaurants and establishments have some tough competition. The food truck fare is frequently more than concession style food too. You can get a fast organic or gourmet meal and eat it outdoors on your lunch or dinner break which is a nice change for professionals bored with brown bag, chain restaurant, or industrial food choices. When the food trucks gather (at some of the local farmer’s markets) with their delectable offerings they are often accompanied by folding table and chair seating and trash receptacles.
